Ms. Iris Owusua Minta Ms. Minta is the Head of Human Resources and Administration. She is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resource Management, (SCP- SHRM) with extensive public and private sector work experience. She has had a long and vibrant career in the banking industry and made contributions to the business in HR, Corporate Banking and Branch Operations. Prior to NBC, she was engaged as an HR practitioner in the development sector as well as the public service.Iris is a proud product of the University of Ghana with a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and English.
