Background


HR practitioners require a sound understanding of the Laws that regulate the relationship between the employer and the employee in the employment contract. Again, and perhaps more importantly, the Employer/Employee relationship is a contractual one that requires that both parties observe the terms and conditions of the employment contract.

Programme Objectives


  • At the end of the program, participants would have been exposed to the extent to which law impacts every stage of the HR
    Management Cycle from Recruitment and Placement through Training and Career Development to Separation.
    Special emphasis would be placed on employee relations from the inception of the relationship till the ultimate separation.
