It is the responsibility of all ALCO members to appreciate every piece of information presented at these monthly sessions, critique constructively and shape policy to ensure the bank is moving in the right direction.

Programme Objectives


  • The objective of this discussion is to build the capacity of Executive Management and members of ALCO to critically analyse data and point out positives and negatives from the monthly reports.
