Background


ISO 9001: 2015 defines tools and techniques that management can use to deliver quality banking services and products that are consistent, comprehensive and sees continuous improvement each passing moment. The new version of ISO9001: 2015 focuses on both product and services unlike the previous version that ISO9001: 2008 which focuses on only products development.

Programme Objectives


  • Appreciate the importance of Quality Management Systems
  • Ability to appraise organizations processes and ascertain if it is delivering on its objective.
  • Understand the need to establish KPIs for all processes.
  • In depth understanding of the 7 principles of Quality Management Systems (i.e. Customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence base decision making and relationship management.)
  • Identify and Provide Continuous improvement to service delivery processes.
  • Establish and implement a Quality management system in their organization.
  • Early identification of risk and proffering a risk treatment plan options to enhance service delivery.
