Background


Employees identified as top talents for leadership roles must be able to connect their working philosophy, personal ambitions, and drivers for success with that of the organisation. Critical behaviours for leading self, accomplishing task and building relationships are challenging for new line Managers.

The objective of this course is to expose participants to the concepts of leadership; help them assess leadership strengths/weakness, appreciate difference between leadership and management, and establish the functional importance of leadership.
