Background


The banking industry continues to be regulated and the laws and regulations undergo continuous changes to respond to developments within the industry and therefore staff of banks who are required to implement these laws in the delivery of their product and services need also to be abreast with any changes in the laws and regulations.

This training is designed to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of some legislations, namely: Bills of Exchange Act, 1961 (Act 55), Foreign Exchange Act, 2006 (Act 723), Credit Reporting Act, 2007 (Act 726), Related Guidelines and Directives.
