Effective Supervision and Accountable Performance Management(Aug. 26-28) In-person

  • 9:00am
  • National Banking College

Background

Line Managers, as leaders with oversight function, are required to develop, offer constructive feedback, and update their portfolio of evidence after formal dialogues with their direct reports.

The culture of creating a psychological safety net for the well-being of direct reports, growing them systematically for future business needs, deploying supervision agreements and dialogues, and creating enabling learning environments are challenging moments for several supervisors.
