Background


Not only is integrity risk analysis required by law, without it banks would not be able to achieve risk-based compliance with integrity legislation. Again, an integrity risk analysis is a precondition for the adequate development of ethical and sound business operations. Risk management will not have a clear focus if institutions have insufficient knowledge of possible integrity risks or make unfounded assumptions about them.
