Women continue to break down barriers and seize leadership positions in today’s dynamic and diversified professional scene. However, with advancement comes the awareness that women leaders face unique challenges and chances for growth.

This training is designed with the notion that effective leadership knows no gender but recognizes that women face unique hurdles on their leadership journey. Our mission is to provide women leaders with the knowledge, skills, and techniques they need to overcome challenges, advance professionally, and thrive in leadership roles.

  • Gain confidence and clarity in communicating technical information to seniors, peers, coworkers, and customers, both technical and non-technical, in a more concise and confident manner.
  • Practice crafting a personal 1-minute elevator pitch that describes your job, scientific value, and personal characteristics to guarantee your performance is acknowledged at work.
  • Give you the ability to document your success, discuss it, and use it to further your technical career.
  • Recognize your technical skills and shortcomings, as well as your talent gaps, to develop a personalized personal career map.
